Lalala Festival 2018 Full Line Up is Here, More International and Local Acts Announced!
The first international forest festival in Indonesia, Lalala Festival 2018 or Lalala Fest for short has announced its full main line-up of performers. The festival first announced Oh Wonder, an electro pop outfit from UK as their main line-up. Throughout December and January, The Group as the organizer finally revealed the line-up of this highly anticipated festival. Taking place at Orchid Forest Cikole, Lembang on 10 March 2018, there will be performances from Oh Wonder, blackbear, Bondax, Wafia, Tom Odell, Blonde, and RKCB. These acts have proved their quality as their music received so much love from listeners across the globe. Oh Wonder will perform for the first time in Indonesia and they are known for hits such as “Without You”, “The Way Life Goes”, or “Ultralife”. The band released their first full-length album in 2017 titled “Ultralife” containing 12 tracks in total. Just like we mentioned earlier, another set of line-up like Blackbear, Tom Odell, Bondax will complete the international line-up of Lalala Fest 2018.
Blackbear is known for his hip hop music and his collaboration with other recording artists like Gnash, Hoodie Allen, Justin Bieber, G-Eazy, Pharrell Williams, Linkin Park, and many more. Bondax have previously visited Indonesia for a show at DWP and their electronic tunes are familiar to the younger generation. Tom Odell is an indie pop musician from UK whose songs have been used on famous TV show. For the local line-up the new names that have been announced are Pusakata, Dipha x Kallula x Nadin, Reality Club, Roycdc, and Ten2Five. Pusakata is the solo moniker that Is (ex Payung Teduh) use for his new endeavor. While Dipha Barus will bring along his most famous collaborators which are Kallula and Nadin. Reality Club is an indie pop band who won last year’s band submission. “We are curating feedbacks from the fans one by one to strive for their best experience this year. We are working hard to make the best of it. We are sure that Orchid Forest has all the capacity and capability to accommodate everyone, and on top of that we are paying our utmost attention to the fans’ convenience throughout the event,” said Sarah Kasenda as the Project Officer of Lalala Festival.
