Wow! Lalala Fest 2018 Present Oh Wonder, Bondax, Tom Odell, Adhitia Sofyan and More! (Updated)
Lalala Fest 2016 has been held for a day at Cikole, Lembang, Bandung and for this year we didn’t get the continuation of this forest themed music festival. Despite some backlash from the attendees due to organizer’s lack of preparation two years ago, the event held by THE GROUP will bring its second installment being held on 10 March 2018. The first line-up that they have announced through their social media is no other than lovely electronic duo from UK, Oh Wonder. The act has gained a pretty strong following in Indonesia, and their names are frequently asked by some of their fans to be invited to the country. Finally, Lalala Fest heard all the suggestions and makes the group the first act on their line-up. Following the announcement, Lalala Fest also opened their early bird tickets that have been sold out as we are writing this article. Yesterday, the event also announced another set of line-up of local musicians. Adhitia Sofyan, Rendy Pandugo and The Groove will grace the stage of Orchid Forest Cikole, Lembang, Bandung. The festival aims to integrate music, art, and culture with the wonder of nature as its background.

The festival has begun selling the ticket for next year with four categories available. Since the early bird ticket that costs IDR450,000 has sold out, there are Early Entry, Presale, Regular, and VIP tickets left. The Early Entry category is sold at IDR475,000 and it requires the attendees to come to the venue before 4PM. While the Presale ticket is sold at IDR550,000 at limited quantity. Regular ticket will be sold once the Presale tickets have run out and it costs IDR650,000. The VIP ticket that is sold at IDR950,000 will come with lots of benefits and perks that will be revealed later by the festival. In 2016, Lalala Fest also provided camp site or tent package that allowed the attendees to enjoy music and art while camping in the breezing weather of Lembang. This year, we’ll see some changes from the concept, format, or programs and hopefully will not disappoint the excited festivalgoers. On December 2017, other artists were announced as the latest line-up for the festival. There are Blonde, Wafia, and RKCB that have been added to their latest list. On the newest line-up that has just been announced on 15 January 2018, three more international acts namely Bondax, Tom Odell and Blackbear were introduced. Tom Odell is a UK indie pop soloist whose song “Another Love” gained fame after it was released in 2012. Bondax is another UK’s act comprised of 2 DJs that will enchant you with their tunes. The last but not least, Blackbear whose real name is Matthew Tyler Musto is an American hip hop artist who has collaborated with lots of famed musicians like Gnash, Justin Bieber, G-Eazy and many more.
