Finally! Hyukoh Will Perform Live in Jakarta This November!
Our South Korean indie crush, Hyukoh, have held a world tour to promote their latest album “23” in the past few months. Indonesia sadly wasn’t included in their earlier schedule but that fate has changed now. Juni Concert, a new live promoter based in Jakarta has just announced the band’s coming to Indonesia this afternoon. They took social media like Twitter and Instagram to spread the news and it is further confirmed by Hyukoh themselves via their Twitter account. The indie rock act who have signed under HIGHGRND record label and DRDRamc management, have two EPs called “20” and “22” and one full length album “23”. The band rose to fame after appearing on a popular Korean variety show “Infinity Challenge” alongside singer IU, BIGBANG’s G-Dragon and Taeyang, Zion.T, Yoon Sang, and JYP. Afterwards, there is no stopping their brand to become the “it” band of South Korea. The vocalist Oh Hyuk have filled in soundtrack for popular drama and collaborate with renown musicians in the country.

Oh Hyuk (vocal, guitar), Lim Hyun-Jae (guitar), Lee In Woo (drum), and Im Dong Gun (bass) have visited several spots like Toronto, Vancouver, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles and Arcadia for their tour in North America. In Europe they will visit London, Amsterdam and Paris. Meanwhile, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, and Singapore are their stops in Asia. Their Indonesia’s live performance is set on November 27th, three days apart from their Singapore tour on the 24th. Cited from Juni Concerts’ official announcement, The Establishment at SCBD will be the venue for the concert. At the moment, the ticket for Hyukoh’s concert is going to be on sale starting from 22nd of September. The presale will be opened only for two days from the 22nd to the 23rd September. The presale ticket is for IDR850,000 (including tax), while the normal price is IDR 1,100,000 (including tax) that can be purchased via Kiostix. There is no announcement about VIP section like Hyukoh’s tour in other countries, which will come with a merchandise package. Enjoy their “23” album below before securing your spot in their concert!
