Rock N Roll Mafia Unveil Their New Video for “Body Won’t Stop”
It has been ages since we last heard of Rock N Roll Mafia, with the latest news arrive from their collaboration with Elephant Kind. The band based in Bandung have just unveiled their newest visual for single “Body Won’t Stop”. If you notice, the single was their feature from 2015. It takes them two years before making a proper music video for the song that features Ykha Amelz & Kafin Sulthan Reviera. The visual for it is a pure pleasure to your eyes if you love that kind of aesthetic. What we mean is a combination of pastel colors, desert and blue sky, eclectic choice of wardrobe, unique talents, light sabers, and many things in between. The video was directed by Dani Huda, with Raoul Adam as the Director of Photography and Editor & Colour Grading. The video combines matching outfits for both talents, excellent transition between colored and black and white cinematography and of course, visual effects that will all make sense in the end.
Make sure you watch the video towards the end to know why these models act so strange. Rock N Roll Mafia have released three full length albums and two EPs, two compilation albums and a single. The electronic collective comprised of Hendra Jaya Putra (programmer, synthesizer) and Eky Darmawan (vocal, guitar) latest album “Prodigy” in 2012 features collaborations with Ade Paloh, the frontman of Sore as well as collab with Maliq n D’essentials. The album was produced by a member of the aforementioned funk/soul group, Widi. They have graced the stages in several cities in 2017 to perform their collaboration project with Elephant Kind, including a stop at We The Fest 2017.
