Minor Dialogue Alleviating SingleMinor Dialogue Accompanies Your Weekend with “Alleviating”

It’s Saturday, some of you probably take some time to rest and relieve your weekday stress by doing something you love. Minor Dialogue, a one man acoustic act from Malang is ready to accompany you with his new track called “Alleviating”. Minor Dialogue is the solo project from the frontman of indie rock band, Eitherway named Bagas Afriansyah. On 31 July 2017, the single was released under Pop Flesh Records, a record label who also hosts grunge band, Whitenoir. The 5 minutes single contains hopelessness within admiration, infirmity, and solitude as Bagas stated on a press release we received. All those feelings are wrapped in a beautifully composed minimalist pop acoustic track, with acoustic guitar and a little keyboard. This song makes you want to contemplate all day long while looking out the window on a cold rainy day. For this song, he works with music producer Moontides who filled in the keyboard department and visual artist ansxiety a.k.a Farhan for the single artwork.

His style of vocal sounds emo-ish, and it is no surprise to find out that he was influenced by bands like Speak Low if You Speak Love, Ko-Ji, and Into it over it. “Alleviating” itself means at ease, or a sense of relief. The whole vibe of the song has fit the theme that he wants to convey. The single is planned to be included on his upcoming EP containing 5 tracks in total. It is slated to be released sometime in the end of August or September. Meanwhile, Minor Dialogue’s single can be heard on Pop Flesh Records’ Soundcloud account below.
