Indische Party Celebrate 6th Anniversary with An Intimate Concert
Six years into their career, 60’s revival group based in Jakarta, Indische Party are celebrating it with a blast. Right on the day when they were born which falls at 21 July 2017, the band that is comprised of Japs Shadiq (vocal/harmonica), Kubil (guitar), Jacobus (bass), and Tika (drum) will hold an intimate concert called “ROCKFREEDAY x Indische Party 6th Anniversary“. This event is happening from the collaboration of Rockfreeday and Narkobus Records. It will take place at Markas Mbrio, West Jakarta and become the day when Indische Party unveil the music video of their single “Ingin Dekatmu”. The third single off their “ANALOG” album is clearly a fan favorite and also an experiment from the band as the vocal part was sung by Tika, the drummer. Prior to the release of this third single, the band who often sport vintage clothing have revealed two songs titled “Serigala” and “Khilaf”. You must be curious to find out what kind of concept the band have for the music video since they went monochromatic and simple for “Khilaf”.
Indische Party will not be alone in this concert, other names will participate to make their 6th anniversary more festive. There are , Highmoon SKA, a ska band from Jakarta, Jason Ranti, a folk musician whose album “Akibat Salah Pergaulan Blues” attracts attention from listeners and critics, and The Panturas, a surf rock band hailing from Bandung with their much talked-about debut album. Indische Party also spill the news that approximately 15 songs are prepared on their setlist for the concert. So you are in for a treat for a long serenade with the band with the rock n’ roll flair. The show will start at 7PM Western Indonesia Time, and you must come early to secure your perfect spot in this intimate concert. The fans are surely welcomed to the party!
