M83 Junk Tour Live in Jakarta 2016 Review
Anthony Gonzales and friends headed to Indonesia to hold their “Junk” tour last night (May 21st, 2016) at Lapangan D Senayan. M83 showcased their fine showmanship, performance and music to the cheering audience. It was less crowded than Tame Impala’s concert which was held by the same promoter, Kiosplay. But in a sense, it gave more space for the audience to really grasp the vibe and dance along to the tunes.
As reported beforehand, the French synth-pop band also brought Kaela Sinclair who fills in the position of keyboardist and vocalist in all world tour schedule for M83. She rocks the performance and that red hair!
Surprisingly, eventhough the tour is named after their latest album “Junk”, they performed more songs from the album “Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming”. They performed 18 songs in total, including the encore.
