Established in 2008, the festival’s long record of success has positioned them as one of the most sought rave party in Asia. With its world-class production and unique concept and themes each year, it is time for DWP to export their ideas to other countries. In the latest edition of 2017, the dance festival managed to gather 90,000 attendees on their two-day celebration. “In our 10th year, we are ready to take DWP to the next level by bringing the festival’s unique experience to China,” said Christian Rijanto, Co-founder and Marketing Director of Ismaya Group, the lifestyle company that houses Ismaya Live. China can be seen as the most potential market for the brand as in 2017, the country has become a host for two big EDM festival which are Ultra and Storm. DWP will go head to head with these two franchises as they plan to grow their businesses in the mainland this year according to CNBC.

DWP will follow the footsteps of Ultra Music Festival (US), Bestival (UK), Lollapalooza (UK), Laneway Festival (Australia), Primavera Sound (Spain), Tomorrowland (Belgium), and many more who have branched out their brands to other countries. “China is the perfect place to kick off our international expansion.
